SceneMax Trial Version video player program utility software windows

The trial version of SceneMax is time limited and gives you full functionality for a 30 day period. After the evaluation period is over you may upgrade your license to the full version. There are no adverts in the video player program.

SceneMax is compatible with Windows 7, Windows 8, Windows 8.1 and Windows 10 (both 32-bit and 64-bit versions). It works with Windows Medial Player version 12. This video player comes pre-installed with these Windows versions. You will need the Microsoft .NET Framework version 4.5.2 or later installed on your computer to run the program.

To install the software download and run the Windows Installer .msi file by clicking the button below.


When you run SceneMax for the first time you will be prompted if you want to configure it as the full or trial version. Select "Configure as a trial" as shown in the screenshot below. You will be asked to provide your name, address and email address for registration. NOTE: You will be sent a verification email and you must click the link it contains to verify your email address. If an "Error 809" box appears it is because your email address is not yet verified..

SceneMax is also available for VLC Media Player. VLC is the free, open source multimedia player by VideoLAN. VLC is fully compatible with older computers running Windows XP and Vista, which cannot run Windows Media Player 12. We have another version of SceneMax for VLC.
